Our Story.

Leap Research offers a full marketing research service. It was established by Patricia Marnandus and T.S. Lim in January 2017.

Patsy is a highly experienced qualitative researcher with a wide exposure to various qualitative methodologies. With 15 years of qualitative research experience, she has held a senior position for the qualitative division in PT. Ipsos Market Research in Indonesia, with 9-month working experience in Ipsos, at their Shanghai office. Patsy holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Economics from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Lim has more than 15 years experiences in the marketing research industry. He’s held senior positions with the global marketing research agencies Research International Indonesia and Ipsos Indonesia. He’s a seasoned marketing researcher in the innovation related projects; e.g., concept screening and testing, product testing, concept & product testing, and packaging testing. He’s also very familiar with brand equity research as well as market understanding. He’s a Statistician by training with a Bachelor degree in Mathematics from the University of Indonesia and a Master of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, where he has also completed PhD level courses in Statistics. He’s a member of ESOMAR.
